“ Wonderful mom and pop place. Absolutely love their calzones! They also have good sized slices available, at least during lunch. Order well ahead of time for lunch (we give them at least 40 min, as I imagine it takes a bit of time to cook, and in case they're busy), head over to pick up your order, and enjoy! Their homemade Italian sausage is wonderful. The only downside to this place is they don't take cards. Carryout only. Closed Mondays. They're open for lunch, close, then reopen for dinner. ”

“ I needed a quick bite to eat before going to the SBD airport. I try very hard to eat local when travelling all over the US, so when I found this 'hole-in-the-wall' I knew I had to try it. Frank was exceptionally welcoming, and offered to make a whole pie for me, and eat the other half himself for lunch since he didn't have any non-meat slices to sell at the time. He made a wonderful pie and we had a great conversation while it was cooking. No credit card reader, so bring your cash! The pizza was excellent, and I came all the way back via Google maps just to leave this review. ”
